June Update

June has started off well training wise- over the sickness and now focusing on races overseas in Aug. This last week has been freezing, with this am starting off the sat am bike ride in -1. I have changed training slightly in that am now swimming with Peter Williams' squad on Tues and Thurs at Randburg VA.
